In this video I show you how to make an easy NO FAIL pizza dough recipe. In this video I’m using the Electrolux DLX 2000, but this video is also KitchenAid friendly too.
This is a double batch of pizza dough, we will be using 6 cups or 900 grams of flour. At the end of the video you’ll see a bunch of photos that I took of the finished pizzas.
I let the pizza dough rest in the fridge overnight, which really improves on texture and flavour of the dough. A slow ferment overnight does amazing things to pizza dough, I hope you try it out some time !
